Wait, What?!?

You’re telling me that I need to go gluten free???  I thought that there’s no way I’m going to be able to do that!  I love bread and I eat it all the time!  How will I be able to cut it out of my diet?  And, to boot, my husband is an amateur chef – how will he be able to cook for me when I’m gluten free?  Wheat, etc., is in everything!  How do I even start?

Sound familiar?  I was dumbfounded – and it was in 2009 when I found out that I had the Celiac Disease!

It was very daunting for me to hear and to deal with this information.  I love sourdough bread!  And sandwiches!  And then there’s barley and rye too!  What is that in?  I started doing in-depth research and found that gluten is in so many things! How will I eliminate all of that?

But I’m here to let you know that it does not have to be daunting.  It’s easier than you think to live gluten free daily.

I’m also certified in Fitness and Nutrition. I work in the Corporate World which is challenging at business lunches, cafeterias, etc. I bring my lunch and snacks with me to work everyday unless I have a lunch date.
